krave

Installation

Add Krave computer vision components to a Next.js project.

Krave components are distributed through the shadcn CLI. Add them directly to your project, then customize the source to fit your app.

Requirements

  • A Next.js project using TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Node.js 20 or later

Initialize shadcn/ui

If you haven't set up shadcn/ui in your project yet, run:

npx shadcn@latest init

Follow the prompts to configure your component directory and CSS variables. If shadcn/ui is already configured, continue to the next step.

Add a Krave component

Choose a component guide and run its installation command from your project root:

npx shadcn@latest add @krave-docs/face-detection

For hand landmark tracking:

npx shadcn@latest add @krave-docs/hand-land-mark

The CLI adds the component source to your project so you can use and customize it like your other components. See the Face Detection and Hand Land Marker guides for setup and usage examples.
